Planning Ahead Is an Act of Care

Having your wishes clearly documented can make an enormous difference for the people you love.

A Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive allow you to decide what matters to you — who will manage your affairs, who can make decisions if you are unable to, and how you want your wishes carried out.

Planning ahead isn’t about expecting the worst. It’s about creating clarity, protecting the people you care about and giving yourself peace of mind.

Three Important Documents

A Will allows you to decide how your estate will be handled after your death, name the person you trust to carry out your wishes, and make important decisions about the people and things you care for.

An Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to choose someone you trust to manage your financial and property matters if you are unable to manage them yourself.

Personal Directive

A Personal Directive allows you to choose who can make personal decisions on your behalf if you lose the capacity to make those decisions yourself, including decisions involving health care and where you live.

Will

Enduring Power of Attorney

Everyone needs a will.
